About me

What Is My Story?

Some people search for extraordinary stories.

I have come to believe that the most extraordinary stories are often hidden inside ordinary lives.

For many years I have lived between different countries, cultures, and ways of seeing the world. Those experiences have taught me that although our languages, traditions, and beliefs may differ, our deepest hopes and fears are remarkably alike. We all long for love, belonging, purpose, and peace.

I don't write to impress people with where I have been.

I write because life has repeatedly shown me that our greatest lessons are rarely found in moments of comfort. They are discovered in loss, uncertainty, unexpected change, and the quiet courage required to begin again.

My books are inspired by true experiences, but they are not adventure stories or travel memoirs. They are journeys into the questions that connect us all.

How do we keep hope when life changes?

How do we forgive?

How do we find peace after grief?

How do we become stronger without losing our kindness?

These questions have shaped both my life and my writing.

My first memoir, The Lessons Between Two Worlds, tells the story of a life lived between cultures, but even more, it is the story of the invisible bridge between who we are and who life invites us to become.

Whether I write memoir or nonfiction, my purpose is always the same—to encourage reflection, curiosity, and hope. I believe that every challenge carries a lesson and that every chapter of our lives, no matter how difficult, prepares us for the next.

This belief has become the foundation of everything I write.

I call it The School of Life.

If my books help even one reader look at their own life with greater understanding, courage, or gratitude, then they have fulfilled their purpose.

Thank you for being here.
